Strong recommendation. Bright canary yellow color. Brief, tight beaded mousse. Mild yeasty aromas are apparent in the first inhalations, then with further aeration stone dry quarry scents dominate. Taste profile is dry, lemony, tart, slightly doughy. Aftertaste is lean, crisp, cleansing.
