Introduced in Spain over 25 years ago, Anna de Codorníu celebrates the life of Codorníu's heiress and the dynasty she guided.
Anna embodies Codorníu's steeped traditions of enological quality, careful viticulture and innovation- it was the first Cava to use Chardonnay in its cuvee. On account of its history and its exquisite taste, Anna has become Codorníu's most emblematic product both at home in Spain and around the world.

GOLD MEDAL. Pale ruby silver color. Aromas of cranberry toast, fig, and lemon spritzed sour cherry with a tangy, frothy medium-to-full body and a zesty, lime and chalk accented finish. A nicely structured, mouthwatering Cava that will shine with seafood.

Strong recommendation. Bright canary yellow color. Brief, tight beaded mousse. Mild yeasty aromas are apparent in the first inhalations, then with further aeration stone dry quarry scents dominate. Taste profile is dry, lemony, tart, slightly doughy. Aftertaste is lean, crisp, cleansing.

SILVER MEDAL. Pale scarlet copper color. Aromas of strawberry rhubarb pie, cherry gelatin, and melon with an effervescent, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tangy cranberry and tangerine accented finish. A juicy, mouthwatering Cava for all applications; serve with duck.

A blend of chardonnay and parellada, this is sweet and minty with lemon verbena and fresh pear flavors. It's a lively wine to pour with steamed spot prawns.

This shows some richness, with Jonagold apple, honey, candied citrus peel and vanilla notes. There's juicy acidity for balance, with a creamy texture and a lingering finish. Drink now.

This 70/30 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay reveals clean, fresh berries and cherry and just a hint of earthy spice on a creamy, balanced palate. The grapes come from Codorniu's vineyards in Lleida in Penedes. Spends 12 months on the lees.
