A classic expression of Ribera del Duero, this is big and ripe even as it's layered and seductively complex. The evolution in the bottle has calmed tinto fino's typical astringency as well as allowed it to display all its layers of flavor, the wine opening lika fan to show deep notes of coffee, plum and earth. The flavors are persistent - a wine you can taste long after the last swallow.Wine & Spirits
